I had used Taunton Trades a number of years ago to install a pool heater and was very happy with their work, so when it came time to renovate my basement they were the first company I contacted.

Sean was very responsive and visited my residence to review the work needed. I required a natural gas BBQ line installed and my ductwork reconfigured to removed/reduce bulkheads.

Sean's team arrived on time and got to work immediately. All of the team are very friendly, knowledgeable and are very tidy in their work. I had contractors involved in other areas of the basement and Sean ensure that his guys were there at the right time to keep the project moving forward.

After a few years of toying with the idea of replacing our hot water heater we decided to get a quote on a tankless system. We wanted tankless as our family tends to shower mornings and last in usually gets a cold one.

We contacted Sean (TTL owner) come by to give us a quote. He was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. Sean took the time to explain in detail how the system works and what type of maintenance would be required. Sean assessed our existing HVAC system and explained exactly what needed to be done in order to keep everything safe and up to code.

The quote was fair and priced competitively. Sean provided me the necessary information to start the process of returning our rental it water tank. Sean's team arrived on time and were freindly, professional and careful while moving in and out of the house with the equipment. The installation was completed within the estimated time and the work and work area was very neat and tidy. The team removed and returned the old system and emailed me a copy of the tank return confirmation.

We have been very happy with the performance of the system and will be using TTL for all our HVAC needs going forward.

We had received a quote from Sean earlier last year for a new furnace and air conditioner we had planned to install in spring. As per Murphy's Law, the furnace kicked the bucket over the holidays! Taunton Trades were quick to visit us to discuss a fireplace installation and provided a recommendation and estimate for the fire log set, its installation and testing as well as installation of a new gas line into the existing wood burning firebox. Taunton trades accommodated our price range, installation time frame and we are now very pleased with our new gas log set.
