I have used Sean and his team at Taunton Trades now on a few occasions to install new furnaces (different properties) and for serving. They are the top of the class in furnace installation/service and will always provide a range of equipment and price options and explain everything in great detail. They know what they are talking about and back it up with great work. There are no add on costs (what they say they will charge is what they charge), and they are neat and tidy. I trust Taunton Trades with my heating and cooling needs.

Taunton Trades Ltd was quick to respond to the call and sent Justin who was fantastic! He was very personable and explained everything he did along the way. Justin identified the issue quickly and provided us with a few great options for repair. He was able to fix the unit within a couple of hours, which was greatly appreciated!!! Thank you Justin!!

After reading reviews and having a few contractors come out to quote the work, we felt most comfortable with the experience and recommendations put forward by Dave. Dave was very courteous and professional throughout the entire process. Answered questions and provided solutions to all of the concerns and questions that we had along the way. The two technicians that completed the project, exhibited that same level of professionalism and customer service; answering questions and providing explanations on all the work they did during the final walk through at the end of the job. These guys do fantastic work. I've had them at my house for several jobs over the past few years and am always super pleased with their craftsmanship, knowledge, and friendliness.

Our AC broke and the owner Sean came over right away. He was super friendly and knowledgeable about his products. We had to get a replacemwnt that was installed in right away. The crew that came to install were fast and friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

Our old AC died and Taunton Trades LTD came in and installed a new Lennox unit. The sales and service team were very professional and quite accommodating. When the salesman came we expressed a concern
about the lack of a balanced air flow in the house. Dave took the time to evaluate the situation and provide a solution. Taunton Trades installed a new plenum deflector to help with the air flow in the house. The new AC has been in for a month and it works very quietly and efficiently.

The guy's arrived on time, they were very friendly, efficient and curtious. The space they had too work in was very tiny. Everyone is very happy.

Sean and his team are fantastic! We have a rare boiler system in our home that he has been servicing for us for a couple of years. It was a challenge finding someone who would work with this type of system. Sean has gone over and above every time we've had to call him for help, often having to do quite a bit of research to resolve the issue.

We recently installed an AC/Heat Pump system, and Shawn was our first choice for the project. His team was professional and got the job done within the allotted timeline. We're very happy with the new system!

Purchased Lennox 2 stage furnace and 2 ton air conditioner. Service was professional friendly and reliable. Price was very competitive and the installation was perfect. Dave took the time to explain the system and compared to others and helped make an informed decision.

Sean provided the initial quote, and happily made a couple of amendments for me when I changed my mind on the model. They were very helpful, and more than happy to answer all my questions. The work was completed as agreed and on schedule. Installation was completed by Thomas and Jonathan who were very professional. Susan in the office has also been terrific with all the paperwork requirements for the rebate.
