Beware of a business/company called Southern Flooring ran by Dennis Rodriguez of Kitchener. This business does not exist. He is just a bullshitter that just ripped me off for $2000. I got a bit suspicious of him when he kept making all kinds of excuses every time I called him or texted him. BTW the reviews are right about him. He is not even married, he has a girlfriend and does not even own a home. Just read the reviews. He lives in a rental home in Kitchener. (28 Bismark Ave, Kitchener) and his business address in Oakville (2010 Winston Park, Oakville) does not have any business by that name in that building.
