We hired Robert and his company P.C.L. to replace all the wood work and aluminum fascia and soffit on our home with James Hardie cement product. The work commenced once all the materials were available and his crew stayed on the job until complete. We are 100% satisfied with the product and the workmanship. To sum it up, excellent staff, excellent workmanship, excellent product and an excellent company . We are very pleased with the results. We would not hesitate to hire P.C.L. again.

PCL do great work ... Robert is very professional and his crews were highly skilled and very pleasant to have around the property. The James Hardie siding product is beautiful and PCL's craftmanship was exceptional. We receive endless compliments on what now looks like a new home. The work took a couple of months to complete and included removing old vinyl siding and replacing with James Hardie product, also new entry doors front and back, new garage doors, new exterior lighting, new eavestroughs, soffit, downspouts, etc.

My family has used Robert and P.C.L. for 3 large projects at our home - 1. Exterior redo of windows and siding 2. Kitchen 3. Upstairs Bathroom. Robert and his crew are excellent to deal with and their work is outstanding. Robert really takes the time to understand your needs and then him and his crew executes on the vision; the finished product is always excellent.During the project P.C.L. always leaves the work site and our house in spotless condition that makes living through these renovations much easier. In addition to a great finished product Robert is always available for warranty work on any of his projects. This was a very small job for Robert, consisting of a repair to the hardieboard siding on a garage. As this was a small job, the job took some time to schedule, but I was fully aware of this fact as Robert was fitting me in around larger jobs. The end result was a perfect repair. He also pointed out basic installation problems of the siding left over from the original contractor and fixed those as well.

Robert and his crew showed up on time (early in fact) and finished the job quickly and professionally. The clean up was thorough and the siding has been in service for over a year and looks like new. I will definitely recommend them for anyone doing interior or exterior work.
