We hired Alta Home to help us with a basement renovation project as well as some repairs to the roofing and eavestrough on our home from storm damage.

The crews that did the work paid attention to the small details and addressed any concerns we had immediately. Timelines were clearly communicated and the work was completed within the defined timelines.

At the end of the project, Alta home sent a cleaner to do a pre-move in cleaning for our basement which left it very clean and ready for us to start enjoying again.

After the first heavy rain following the installation to the eavestrough we noticed a couple of minor drips that needed to be looked at. I contacted Stan at Alta Home and he had the exterior crew come out right away once the rain stopped to take care of the situation.

I had Alta homes do a garage package, including Driveway for me November December 2023. The garage and garage pad ended up being great but the third-party contractor that they hired to do the driveway completely botched the job. The driveway is not level. He did not use barrier cloth so that the entire driveway is starting to lift with weeds and it is literally only six months old, I would steer clear of this paving company if you can.

Had a garage built 22x22, fence removed/then rebuilt on property line, the team was very efficient mother nature caused some delays but when the team could be here they worked efficiently and without any concerns everything is exactly how I invisioned. Very excited to finally have a garage. This was a very positive experience right from the quoting only gentleman who showed up with laser to view the slope grade of my property, came with siding samples to match the house. detailed follow up with questions i had before and during the process. 5 weeks working around weather.
