I would like to thank Sid and his team for providing exceptional customer service. We hired Sid to replace our bay window that was leaking and he provided the options and assured me that I will not have any water leaks. Sure enough that was installed by Sid and Simon in May of 2019 and there has not been any water leaks and the bay window looks beautiful. This year we had water come into our basement and I reached out to Sid for suggestions as he is very knowledgeable and I trust his opinion. Sid came out promptly the next day to assess our patio door and communicated possible options of water leak and helped me navigate and understand the causes. There are very few people who take the time with their customer's to help them fix a problem that may not help them sell their product. Sid once again went above and beyond to help me fix my problem. He provided a reasonable solution that was cost effective and I had the pleasure of having Sid and Jerry fix my patio door. Jerry is an exceptional installer he has years of experience and great attention to detail and took the time to install my patio door. Lifetime Windows and Doors truly stands behind the word "Lifetime" as when I reached out to Sid after 5 years he remembered me and promptly came out to assess the patio door problem that was poorly installed by another company.
