I would like to thank Sid and his team for providing exceptional customer service. We hired Sid to replace our bay window that was leaking and he provided the options and assured me that I will not have any water leaks. Sure enough that was installed by Sid and Simon in May of 2019 and there has not been any water leaks and the bay window looks beautiful. This year we had water come into our basement and I reached out to Sid for suggestions as he is very knowledgeable and I trust his opinion. Sid came out promptly the next day to assess our patio door and communicated possible options of water leak and helped me navigate and understand the causes. There are very few people who take the time with their customer's to help them fix a problem that may not help them sell their product. Sid once again went above and beyond to help me fix my problem. He provided a reasonable solution that was cost effective and I had the pleasure of having Sid and Jerry fix my patio door. Jerry is an exceptional installer he has years of experience and great attention to detail and took the time to install my patio door. Lifetime Windows and Doors truly stands behind the word "Lifetime" as when I reached out to Sid after 5 years he remembered me and promptly came out to assess the patio door problem that was poorly installed by another company. We sincerely appreciate your assistance, knowledge and taking the time out of your vacation and busy schedule once again to provide exceptional customer service. Thank you Sid.

I hired All Stars to replace the entire roof of the house after contacting a few companies I was pleased with their help in answering all my questions. Kevin answered and reviewed the contract details a few times as I wanted to make sure everything was looked after. We set a tentative date and Jennifer was very helpful with booking a time that worked for me so I didn't have to take time off from work and when the weather was warm and sunny. Previously when we had the roof done through another company we had a horrible experience with a private company where I had water come into the house as it started to rain and that company did not cover the exposed wood so it was important to me this time that I hire a trust worthy and competent company to do the job. When All Stars team came out we had Louis and his workers come to do the job for us on Monday July 8 2019 they were very professional and again we reviewed the contract details and Louis assured me that everything will be looked after. His team worked hard and completed the job to beyond my satisfaction. Even upon coming in to collect the payment Andy reviewed the work and asked me if I was satisfied before collecting payment. I would strongly recommend All Stars as their whole team is pleasant but more importantly their workmanship and quality of product is great.
