On Side Restoration Services Ltd.

Due to some basement flooding, OnSide was the restoration company that our insurance company recommended. OnSide promptly assessed and begin the restorative process in a safe, and timely manner. All employees and workers were very supportive and understanding throughout the entire process.

Due to a flood, our insurance adjuster contacted OnSide Restoration to do the cleanup & restoration work. They efficiently handled the packing & storage of our possessions, the asbestos remediation, the disinfection, replacing the subfloor, cleanup, then moving our things back into the house. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent, schedules were provided. The various crews were very professional & did their jobs efficiently. I would highly recommend OnSide Restoration Services for any major restoration work. They have in the company or access to all the trades necessary to complete large & small jobs very quickly.

Shocker to get up to a soaking wet floor and rug and hallway, calling the Insurance company was easy, Wendy took charge and all I had to do was fall in behind. Next thing I know On Side was on side and the work began, my only discomfort was sleeping for 2.5 months in my den on a pull out couch. The work was done to my satisfaction and I am well pleased.

My sewer backed up at the end of February and I wanted it completely sanitized and restored to normal. We called On Side and they did a fantastic job. Even through the Covid 19 guidelines, we had to wait a bit longer for provincial standards to allow people to come into our home but once they were allowed they made our place back to normal again.

When we found out our dishwasher had been leaking for a long time and causing lots of water damage to our kitchen floor as well as the suit downstairs, we called On Side restoration right away. They were quick, professional and courteous throughout the whole process of deconstruction, drying/dehumidifying and the reconstruction. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing restoration services.

First on side staff did excellent restoration of our flooded basement following the quick melting of the snow in the spring. They were quick to respond . Great work of staff members!

Car impact on attached garage at the front of the house. Claimed insurance and On Side Restoration was sent for the repair. Project was done promptly and to my satisfaction.

Do not know the total cost. Just guessing to complete this review. Reno consisted at abatement, floors, wall, cabinets and much more. Chris and his team at On Side Restoration did an excellent job replacing my kitchen. They were considerate, kind, knowledgeable and to me went above and beyond what they needed to do to and kept me updated and well informed. I would recommend their services to my family and friends.

There was a flood in my building. Onside was here the day after I was told my unit would need to be repaired. They packed me up and moved me. During the entire restoration they kept in touch with me and when they day came to move back they were on time and and had me back in my home like nothing ever happened. I am not sure of the cost as my insurance company covered it. Amazing service.

We had a flood in our kitchen due to a broken component on our dishwasher. Unfortunately it wasn't discovered (Couple days) until we saw water seeping through all the seams in the hardwood floor and noticed all the ripples. The ceiling in the downstairs suite was dripping and crumbling too.
We were recommended to Onside through our insurance broker.
Onside was super professional and always kept in contact during the renos. All the sub-trades were personable and experienced and did a great job. They walked us through every step and although it took a little longer to complete we are super satisfied with the end result and love love our new floors!!
