Shocker to get up to a soaking wet floor and rug and hallway, calling the Insurance company was easy, Wendy took charge and all I had to do was fall in behind. Next thing I know On Side was on side and the work began, my only discomfort was sleeping for 2.5 months in my den on a pull out couch. The work was done to my satisfaction and I am well pleased.
