Hi had David paint the soffett around the house, the garage door and some windows. Asked if he was comfortable to go into the attic to do a repair on the soffett vent in the attic. He pulled the vent off the softest and repaired the leak.... could have gone to the attic and charged a lot more and checked the offer and repaired it as well saved me a few bucks.
I plan on getting him back to do more painting.
My only problem is he starts his day a little later then I would like. I guess I can live with that

Had David install a dishwasher a few months ago. The water supply line started leaking and flooding my basement. He came back over and "repaired" it by using a flex line instead of using the old line. Lo and behold, a couple of weeks later his "repair" again flooded the basement. Had to call a plumber in who diagnosed the problem and fixed it for good.... the problem was David had over tightened the connection under the dishwasher, thereby splitting the washer. If you have any sense at all, don't use this guy!!!!

Do not hire this guy paid him to do our railing on our deck..didnt have all the tools..i had to go buy drill bits cause he had none..took him 7 hours to build a small railing..very slow and not very good quality work..paid him for the 7 hours work then didnt show up to finish it the next day..would not recommend this guy ever very unhappy with his service..

Took 4 hours to install two curtain rods and a door. Door is uneven and not level. Curtain rod hangers were installed vertically instead of horizontally like in instructions and the bottoms are digging into the wall. Screws in this installation were screwed in on various angles not straight. A closet rod was not affixed properly with screws sticking out at multiple angles. Job took 4 hours and was charged HST without a receipt.

David charges 30.00/hour. Ladies hire this guy!!!!! Get your "honey do list" done!!!! Stop nagging your spouses. David is very reliable and efficient. I had flooring, electrical and plumbing done. It's worth paying someone and getting it done!!!!!
