We were impressed with Renewal By Andersen's service from the initial contact through to the after service follow-up. The initial contact with the sales representative, through to the actual measuring of the windows, to the installation was thorough and never rushed. We were given detailed explanations throughout the process, consulted with to ensure our satisfaction, and each person we dealt with was friendly and well informed. Every window fit perfectly and the installation team of Luiz, Andre and Leandro were experienced, hard working, friendly, and took the time to watch out for our pets. The work areas were cleaned up after the installation, and the installers kept their work areas very clean. They arrived on time and began their work right away. Paul Amato not only measure our windows, but came out during the installation to ensure everything was progressing smoothly and we were happy with the job. We have had several neighbours comment on how the windows improve the appearance of our home and even had a real estate agent come and ask to sell our home the evening of the installation. We would recommend Renewal by Andersen to all of our family and friends.
