Jacob came out to do a service call today. He figured out the issue in 2 min and took care of it right away. He was very clean meticulous and wanted to make sure the job was perfect and I was satisfied. Renewal by Andersen had the best warranty and I love my windows. A big thank you.

A couple years ago, we had two beautiful sliding doors with half-circle windows above installed by Renewal by Andersen, beautiful! Recently, one of the door handles became loose so Jacob came out to repair it and to check on the others. We pointed out that some grouting at the threshold was missing, so he returned with Marty to do the repairs.
They did a great job, cleaned up nicely and now both are doors are perfect, thank you Jacob and Marty!

Unfortunately after seeing all their fancy commercials on TV, their follow up to a terrible installation job has been awful! They ruined some of my bricks when installing the new windows and after 2 years of complaints and broken promises we still haven't had them address or fix the problem. Should have been weary about their high pressure tactics and smooth talking in the first place, but when the chips are down Anderson is no were to be found to fix the bricks they destroyed. Not only did it devalue our beautiful Victorian house it looks outright terrible. We've patiently waited for close to 2 years to have someone fix our bricks and due to covid we've been more than patient but enough is enough. Windows are quality but their after installation, warranty and follow up service are non-existent. Not sure what next steps will be but we've had enough of the run around! Very unfortunate.......

From sales to installation to service, our experience was excellent all-around. Duane did a great job at explaining the Andersen's superior window construction and service and showing us various options for updating the look and curbside appeal of our home. He encouraged some bold changes and gave us ideas for eliminating an odd-shaped window that we wanted to change. Martin's measurements ensured that my California shutters could be re-installed in our new windows, another benefit of their custom window design and installation. Our installers were only here for 3 days, and worked continuously until the job was done. They did a great job protecting around the work area and cleaning up after themselves. Martin took the time to review all of the windows, document any concerns, and ensured they were addressed by himself and Jacob. Again, a great experience all-around.

Renewal by Andersen window was installed 2 years ago, this fall is my 1st time clean it.
The smooth curve design everywhere, it let cleaning window become more easy and enjoyable.

During cleaning, I found a small gap between window frame structural connections which can only be seen from outside. I sent picture to Andersen window office, following 2 more communication e mails about serial code. I got their final decision within 48 hours----completely change new window.

Now everything was done. After 28 days since my reporting, my window was replaced completely. It was only 5 minutes for Mr.Jacbo to install the new one. I like this company’s working speed.

This is not my 1st time see Jacbo. Last time he showed me what he found during his cleaning--- one tiny light scratch on the glass facing window inside. Frankly if I catch it, mostly I will ignore it because of its hard invisible. I very respect Jacbo’s honest. At the same time, he advised me solutions, replacement or financial compensation.

Window is a big investment for every home owner. Honest partner is important.

After I placed order 2 years ago, technician Mr. Nathaw came home to accurate the measurement. His rich experience saved me hundreds dollars. He suggested me to keep some original window wooden frames. And thanks for salesman Mr.Daniel honest price adjustment.

I started to know Renewal by Andersen 2 years ago from Home Show Exhibition. Their huge display attracted me. Afterwards, salesman Daniel visited my home. It was almost 3 hours conversation with him. I very enjoyed this education class. It is still vivid in my mind. His tested my old window, the results let me surprise. Specially, their secret of Argon gas seal, this exclusive technology let me very motivated. Daniel read me the outstanding remark of Andersen window from real estate agent list. On two occasions, a couple of my windows needed small repairs and adjustments. The follow-through from this company has been excellent. Both times, Jacob identified and skillfully solved the problems. He also took the time to demonstrate the steps for cleaning the tilted double hung windows. Jacob is a great asset to this company, and it is great to know that there will be continued service and support for many years to come. My new windows were a major investment and it is assuring that Renewal by Andersen backs up their products, long after the sale and installation!

My husband, dog (haha) and I were VERY impressed by the level of workmanship, quality and hard work Ivan, Dylan and Robert put into our new windows. As soon as I got home from work, I can already feel the difference in our house! These three guys were a true pleasure to work with...so friendly, knowledge and put a lot of care into our install. They were even so playful and sweet with our dog, Dave and he enjoyed hanging out with them too! We also want to give great accolades to Jacob, a service technician. He came by to complete some minor repairs and really knows his stuff! Jacob was extremely attentive, knowledgeable, kind, reliable and thorough and you know he takes great pride in his work! He was so kind to even check all of our windows to make sure there wasn't anything we may have missed. We need more service and kindness like him!! Thank you Jacob!! A true professional!!

We are very pleased with our new windows, and all levels of service from Renewal by Andersen. We had all of our windows replaced, and are happy that the job could be completed prior to the onset of winter.
