We connected with Renewal by Andersen at Home Show in Oakville.
We were looking to replace some old windows.
Elan, design consultant, came to our house and showed us how their windows were different from other companies and that their windows are permanent solutions that are guaranteed for 20 years. He was very professional and knowledgeable.
I would recommend him as the design consultant for Renewal by Andersen for anyone that is in the market for quality products.

From the initial order by Marc to the measurements from project manager Nelson to the final install by Ivan G and his partner. The whole process was seemless, we were kept up to date of any delays in the process. The installation was very professional and was completed in a timely manner, all debris was taken away, no mess was left behind. We are very happy with the patio doors and especially happy with the whole process from the ordering to the finally installation. Great job by the RBA team. Wayne.

Our experience with Renewal By Anderson was professional from start to finish.
We had 10 windows to be installed by RBA, and all except for one (the largest window in our family room) were on time. This window did arrive in the three week timeframe given to us.

James (Jim) was our project manager throughout the entire install. He was very calm/professional and checked in onsite to ensure all was going well. He responded promptly to our emails/phone calls concerning our delayed window -10/10.

Matt, Cory, and Rob were our first installers for the 9 windows. They were very friendly/professional/knowledgeable and always cleaned up their work space. All three worked very well as a team. They did a great job on the window install and the removal and reinstall of all of our 9 window shutters-10/10.

Fedar and Andriy were our second installers for the delayed largest window. They were both very polite/friendly/professional/ knowledgeable and respected our home as they worked. Both worked very well as a team. They really did a great job installing our last window, the removal and reinstalling the shutters and completing any outstanding work that needed to be finished-10/10

The reason we are giving Renewal By Anderson 10/10 (although one window was delayed in arriving) is that their windows exceeded our expectations. The windows are very well made and were installed by experienced professional installers. Not to mention are beautiful to look at, and will last.

Our overall experience with Renewal By Anderson from start to finish was excellent. Your team of installers are the best and represent your company very well.

We have 5 more windows to replace and we will for sure get Renewal By Anderson to complete for us.

From the first time we contacted them to the end of the project, they were truly professional. Nelson came out to survey the job and take measurements before the windows were ordered. The windows are custom made to fit your window opening. Having a 100 year old home, this was important. The team of Alec and Tim arrived on time, the date promised and were great. They covered everything over to minimize cleanup and protect or home and contents. The windows being replaced were in sad shape and the new ones are beautiful. We are delighted.

From salesperson, to communication with main office and installation which was exactly the date promised, purchasing experience was excellent.
Andersen makes a very good quality product, I wish I could replace all my windows with their windows.

I called Renewal by Anderson as I had heard about them at Home Show in Toronto . I was looking to replace my windows which were very old . I spoke To Kenneth , design consultant who showed me samples of the windows and how their windows were different from other companies . Today the installation team arrived and completed the job promptly and in a professional manner . Thank you also to Lane , the project manager who reviewed the work to ensure it met company standards . Quality work done by very professional staff .

We called Anderson company for a windows/ door replacement in the last few months. We met Paul our sales rep. He went over everything in detail from types/styles & color of windows & doors. The cost & payment plan. He didn't put any pressure on us to buy. Paul stayed in touch with letting us know that our project manager would be Lyne. He was very helpful. He checked in before the job & after. When the crew came we met Ivan G and his crew. There work was professional and punctual. They cleaned up very well. Very friendly and respectful. We will have them back for other windows in the upstairs.

We are extremely pleased with the Andersen windows recently installed in our 19 year old home. Honestly, the windows look fabulous!!

In addition, the installation crew headed by Edgar, along with Tony, Chris, Alex and Alexis were very efficient and worked like a well oiled machine. They cleaned up everyday.

Each day the project manager, Nelson, contacted us or came to the house to make sure all was well.

Also, our sales rep Bryon was a delight to work with. No heavy pressure.

Overall, a great success!!!

We'd like to give a huge shout out to our installation crew, Joe and Les - they were great! Both are skilled, detail oriented and clearly take pride in their workmanship. They encountered a hiccup during the installation process which was quickly addressed with remote input from our project manager Tom. Though the job required some unanticipated additional problem solving and work, all three were professional and respectful throughout.

The initial consultation ran a bit long and there were a couple of administrative errors along the way but overall we are satisfied with the product and installation. We will contact Renewal By Andersen again in the future.

From beginning to end, Renewal by Andersen is clearly the front runner in the window business. Our sales associate Dwayne was down to earth and quickly equipped us with a functional, aesthetically pleasing and personalized window plan for our home. Nelsons ability to finalize and procure this plan with precision proved integral to a beautifully balanced window application. Thank you very very much to Fedar and Andrew !
