From salesperson, to communication with main office and installation which was exactly the date promised, purchasing experience was excellent.
Andersen makes a very good quality product, I wish I could replace all my windows with their windows.

I called Renewal by Anderson as I had heard about them at Home Show in Toronto . I was looking to replace my windows which were very old . I spoke To Kenneth , design consultant who showed me samples of the windows and how their windows were different from other companies . Today the installation team arrived and completed the job promptly and in a professional manner . Thank you also to Lane , the project manager who reviewed the work to ensure it met company standards . Quality work done by very professional staff .

We called Anderson company for a windows/ door replacement in the last few months. We met Paul our sales rep. He went over everything in detail from types/styles & color of windows & doors. The cost & payment plan. He didn't put any pressure on us to buy. Paul stayed in touch with letting us know that our project manager would be Lyne. He was very helpful. He checked in before the job & after. When the crew came we met Ivan G and his crew. There work was professional and punctual. They cleaned up very well. Very friendly and respectful. We will have them back for other windows in the upstairs.

We are extremely pleased with the Andersen windows recently installed in our 19 year old home. Honestly, the windows look fabulous!!

In addition, the installation crew headed by Edgar, along with Tony, Chris, Alex and Alexis were very efficient and worked like a well oiled machine. They cleaned up everyday.

Each day the project manager, Nelson, contacted us or came to the house to make sure all was well.

Also, our sales rep Bryon was a delight to work with. No heavy pressure.

We'd like to give a huge shout out to our installation crew, Joe and Les - they were great! Both are skilled, detail oriented and clearly take pride in their workmanship. They encountered a hiccup during the installation process which was quickly addressed with remote input from our project manager Tom. Though the job required some unanticipated additional problem solving and work, all three were professional and respectful throughout.

The initial consultation ran a bit long and there were a couple of administrative errors along the way but overall we are satisfied with the product and installation. We will contact Renewal By Andersen again in the future.

We built our home in 1979 and our windows in the front were original. Since we want to retire in our home we decided to replace the windows, all 10 of them.

Edgar, Jesus, Tony and Christian were tasked with installing our new windows and Mark was our project manager. I cannot say enough great things about these people. The installation crew was knowledgeable, fast, respectful, always cleaned their work space and were very skilled. It was a pleasure to have them in our home doing a major, major project for us.
Yes, the price is higher than other companies, but the quality of the product, the fact that they windows are custom made to the openings and Renewal by Andersen having these skill craftsmen, is amazing.
We are getting a patio door installed in September and we are hoping for the same crew.

We had our windows replaced a couple of years ago. One cracked for no apparent reason but it was replaced with no questions asked only a picture as proof. Julia was excellent in arranging the replacement as was Jacob and Mark in the fitting of the new window.

The customer service is on point. We had our windows installed 3 years ago and any time we have an issue they have come through. Wonderful team and the service technician is professional and friendly. Highly recommend Jacob as your technician.

We purchased an older home a little over a year ago. We started r some issues with our patio door. After doing some extensive research and by recommendation from friends, we decided to go with Renewal by Andersen. We could not be happier. Jacob was our tech. He was professional, very knowledgeable and very personable and delivered on his promises.
