Jose arrive on time and retouched painting on my patio door. The patio door looks like new. Jose made me feel like valued customer.

Had to replace my sliding door which came with my home. It was an old door and had blinds in between the glass, and provided no insulating ability, leaving the room cold in the winter and very warm in the summer. Happened to come across the Renewal by Anderson booth at the Taste of Lawrence Festival. I set up an appointment the day of and to date it has been a very smooth process with Renewal by Andersen. Everyone from our Sales Person/Design Consultant Kenneth, to the Project Manager, Conn, to the Installers, Juan and Jesus, were top notch. Kenneth took the time to thoroughly explain the products, was transparent about the costs and did not employ any high pressure sales tactics. We determined that we wanted to proceed with the installation. Communication was clear from start to finish, about the installation, and we were kept informed every step of the way. Conn, the Project Manager, took measurements and addressed any possible concerns/questions we had. He also contacted us the day of to advise of the specific time the installers would arrive. The door which was delivered was made to the specifications of our home. It was installed by Juan and Jesus, who arrived at the time specified, took away the old door, neatly installed the new door, cleaned up the installation area, took the time to explain the functioning of thr door and features. The employees at this company at every part of the process, are very customer focused and honestly, just nice and kind. So far very impressed.

We are very happy with our new windows. The quality is far superior to windows we had done previously and the crew was impressive. A big thank you to Juan, Edgar, Jesus, Fernando and Layne for their attention to detail and exceptional installation. They came on time, finished as expected, were professional, courteous, left the place clean and tidy and addressed the one minor concern we had immediately. An overall excellent experience.

I went with Renewal by Andersen initially because Andersen has been a trusted manufacturer of windows for decades. I also liked the fact that the manufacturer is also the installer. The installation process was superb. I did a whole house, full frame replacement and they completed the job in one day. The team of Beka, Soso and David worked like a well oiled machine. The job, from my estimation, looked great, right down to the interior casing replacement. I should also mention the clean up was excellent. The windows look great and appear to be of high quality. I can say that the choice of Smart Sun glass for the south facing windows makes a noticeable difference in blocking out the heat of the summer sun. This brings me to my one issue. This same glass was to be included in the 2nd bedroom windows and was not. I mentioned this to Layne, the project manager for the installation. He dropped by the very next day. He confirmed that indeed the wrong window type was installed and ordered replacements immediately. These windows are not the cheapest but are supposedly of higher quality. I believe that from what I have experienced so far. And the service has been excellent.

The experience from start to end was professional, respectful and caring. This organization gives you top notch care at every step. Colby and Steven, our sales rep and project manager, we're thorough from the beginning. The person who measured was precise and methodical. The installers, Edgar, Jesus, Juan and Ferdnando...I don't have sufficient words to describe their professionalism and positive energy. They came each day very organized, efficient, knowledgeable and personable. Their cleanliness is next level outstanding. This was an incredible experience and believe me, I was worried about everything lol!

I had posted a review when we first had our windows done after feeling pressured by the project manager to give them a 10 as the employer would donate something to charity. (Or something like that). Anyhow. After 2 years just not happy with our windows with rusting hardware. Theyve already been here to replace once and here we are again this year with rusting hardware again. We find our home colder than when we had our old windows as well which is so disappointing given the price we paid. We had originally discussed the energy star ratings of the windows and were brushed off by the sales person. He just kept saying they were great. We should have pushed it more. Was our mistake and we should have pushed it as we find out from an energy audit now that they are not very energy efficient. Over priced windows but we thought we were getting better quality.

Had problems with my window (sash) would not close properly. Jacob cam and fixed the issue and resolved my window problem. Great job!
