Door handle, lock and trim needed servicing. Jose successfully completed the installation & repairs. Was punctual, easy & friendly to talk to, and accommodating from beginning to end. Excellent customer service all around. Thank you Jose.

I had some follow up to work done on my windows/door. The service Technician Jose Was on time, very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all my questions and he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. He made sure everything was working and in order before he left the appointment. We needed to replace 2 double hung windows. Sales person who visited gave us a very informative presentation on the options including frames of a composite wood which has a very long guaranteed life span and glass fabricated to filter sun rays. We were able to select various features for the aesthetics wanted. Installation schedule was advised well ahead of time and was done exactly as anticipated. We are very very satisfied.

From the first telephone call to the final installation the process was very smooth and everything was explained clearly. There were no surprises and the products are exceptional. The final look is beautiful and well made.

High Pressure - TimeShare style sales!! I trusted the sales rep who insisted that if I didn't sign the contract that very day, I couldn't get the 'deal', the huge 'discounts' ... After the fact I found out I could have cancelled within the first 10 days, but the sales representative failed to advise us of our right to cancel. The cost was more than we could handle... We should have said NO, but after a few hours of the 'sales' we felt coerced into signing the long several paged agreement. The entire process was like a Timeshare sales meeting. We should have had the time to STOP, sit down and read READ everything including the Limited Warranties... Before booking the appointment we asked and they promised no HIGH PRESSURE SALES...however, we were pressured to sign on the line right then and now. We had other companies lined up as we always get 3 quotes...after signing, thought we were 'stuck' with this very expensive deal. Had we known we could have CANCELLED within 10 days with no penalties- Over $44,400 for 4 sliding doors and one small window, in retrospect, with clear mind, this is quite EXCESSIVE especially for our family now. Had they given us time to think this over, we would have either decided it was worth it OR to go in another direction. We're Seniors, with low income and this is a very BIG DEAL for us...
INSTALLATION PROBLEMS!! We have had numerous concerns due to either poor installation techniques or what the reps tell us are FACTORY standards with finishes not up to the price tag of $44,400...(scratches, staple marks, staples left in the wood, dents in the aluminum, terrible caulking jobs, blobs and finger prints...in the caulking)... We're unhappy with this experience. It is nothing like the commercial with ctv host. Pressure Sales, Poor Installation techniques including leaving rubbish on my stove-top during the installation, chips in surfaces; doors that didn't run properly on the tracks; glass not really cleaned properly; screws drilled in too tight causing aluminum to buckle... While they are now scrambling to fix all of this...this has taken up days of my precious time, also causing me worry and upset. Advice: Read the Limited Warranty top to bottom and read every page of the contract...BEFORE YOU SIGN!!! We 'trusted' and are sorry about that. Make sure DO NOT SIGN the contracts the day they visit you - IF YOU FEEL 'PRESSURED' INTO SIGNING BY PROMISES OF A ONE DAY DEAL (as you've had enough and want the sales person to leave!) - THEN KNOW YOU HAVE 10 DAYS TO CANCEL...AND GO AHEAD AND CANCEL... During that time find a more low pressure, reasonable company who cares about YOU more than its bottom line... Plus one 'department' blames the other department - emails are forgotten and communication is less than ideal. I would love to share my thoughts with the President or someone in charge - but I can't find contact information. We feel upset we were not properly informed, provided full disclosure and given time - and that a sale, even to Seniors on limited income, was more important than giving us all the facts ie. CANCELLATION policy. After the fact, when I asked salesperson why he didn't inform us - he responded "Well that is Ontario Law" as if I am a lawyer... omg! BUYER BEWARE!! He was clear to advise us of everything else regarding payment details however...that were important to his desired outcome. We deserve compensation for these bad business practices and the waste of our time... I believe it also the LAW that high or hard pressure sales are illegal business practices. We trusted the salesperson, who seemed like a nice, honest guy... I wonder if the ctv host knows what really happens during 'sales' meetings. Would she still want her name connected with this company? We Wonder if we will ever hear from the people in charge....and get remedy for this experience. Please. We made a BIG MISTAKE.

Jose arrive on time and retouched painting on my patio door. The patio door looks like new. Jose made me feel like valued customer.

Had to replace my sliding door which came with my home. It was an old door and had blinds in between the glass, and provided no insulating ability, leaving the room cold in the winter and very warm in the summer. Happened to come across the Renewal by Anderson booth at the Taste of Lawrence Festival. I set up an appointment the day of and to date it has been a very smooth process with Renewal by Andersen. Everyone from our Sales Person/Design Consultant Kenneth, to the Project Manager, Conn, to the Installers, Juan and Jesus, were top notch. Kenneth took the time to thoroughly explain the products, was transparent about the costs and did not employ any high pressure sales tactics. We determined that we wanted to proceed with the installation. Communication was clear from start to finish, about the installation, and we were kept informed every step of the way. Conn, the Project Manager, took measurements and addressed any possible concerns/questions we had. He also contacted us the day of to advise of the specific time the installers would arrive. The door which was delivered was made to the specifications of our home. It was installed by Juan and Jesus, who arrived at the time specified, took away the old door, neatly installed the new door, cleaned up the installation area, took the time to explain the functioning of thr door and features. The employees at this company at every part of the process, are very customer focused and honestly, just nice and kind. So far very impressed.

We are very happy with our new windows. The quality is far superior to windows we had done previously and the crew was impressive. A big thank you to Juan, Edgar, Jesus, Fernando and Layne for their attention to detail and exceptional installation. They came on time, finished as expected, were professional, courteous, left the place clean and tidy and addressed the one minor concern we had immediately. An overall excellent experience.

I went with Renewal by Andersen initially because Andersen has been a trusted manufacturer of windows for decades. I also liked the fact that the manufacturer is also the installer. The installation process was superb. I did a whole house, full frame replacement and they completed the job in one day. The team of Beka, Soso and David worked like a well oiled machine. The job, from my estimation, looked great, right down to the interior casing replacement. I should also mention the clean up was excellent. The windows look great and appear to be of high quality. I can say that the choice of Smart Sun glass for the south facing windows makes a noticeable difference in blocking out the heat of the summer sun. This brings me to my one issue. This same glass was to be included in the 2nd bedroom windows and was not. I mentioned this to Layne, the project manager for the installation. He dropped by the very next day. He confirmed that indeed the wrong window type was installed and ordered replacements immediately. These windows are not the cheapest but are supposedly of higher quality. I believe that from what I have experienced so far. And the service has been excellent.
