Needed to replace a living room window from 1975 & a kitchen window from 1976. Chose this company for the quality of the materials, so it will last another 50 plus years. Great work to all the crew, starting with Duane to pick the windows, to the measurements with Project Manager Steven & Mark, & to the Installers Edgar & Fernando who got the job done even on a cold January day. Nice work.

Absolutely fantastic from Design Consultant Ben starting if off to Jim the Project Manager answering everything we needed to know. The Installers Dylan and Ivan were outstanding. Workmanship was top notch and left our home in Prestine Condition having covered everything up and even dealing with a Snow Storm to cap the outside windows!! Definitely would recommend them to anyone.

We are very happy with the service that we received from Renewal by Andersen. From the design consult to the installation, they were excellent to work with. We needed a new window for our daughters bedroom as her old one was leaving her room colder than all the others in our house. During the installation, we had some damage around the old frame. They fixed it and installed the new window on the same day. We are very pleased with our new window and will use Renewal by Anderson again in the near future.

Follow up:

Project Manager Steven upon inspection noticed a small scuff on one of the window frames. I probably wouldnt have even noticed it but he did! He reordered a new section and Julie kept us informed throughout to let us know the status of the replacement sash. Jose and Jason arrived today and no surprise, incredible service! They replaced the required section, answered a couple of unrelated questions for us and even readjusted our old front door without us asking after noticing it was sticking. Opens perfectly now. I cant say enough great things about our whole experience with Renewal by Andersen. Incredible team from start to finish. Thanks gang!

We are thrilled with the job that Renewal by Andersen did on our front bow window and rear sliding doors. Alexandra was our initial contact as our design consultant along with project manager Steven and we were impressed with the knowledge and professionalism right away! Installation day came and it was a steady -10 all day and our wonderful installers Edgar and Fernando worked tirelessly in the frigid temperatures to ensure that every aspect of the install was perfect. Incredible attention to detail! I will definitely be using Renewal by Andersen on any and all future projects.

One of the windows we had installed in the fall had some sealing issues. Jose fixed the problem and also fixed an issue with our front and back doors that were installed by a different company! Incredible service, very respectful and positive attitude! Fantastic experience!

We all know mistakes happen and for us when the order was placed, one window was ordered with the wrong glass style.... (clear instead of Fern)
No biggie.. Anderson looked after fixing the mistake and replaced the curved top of a glass window at no additional charge.. Like the original install crew, the the installers were professional and courteous, and quickly fixed the mistakenly ordered glass and answered our questions we had about the installation..
Would definitely recommend this company and their installation crew if you are looking one or all your windows replaced..
