We all know mistakes happen and for us when the order was placed, one window was ordered with the wrong glass style.... (clear instead of Fern) No biggie.. Anderson looked after fixing the mistake and replaced the curved top of a glass window at no additional charge.. Like the original install crew, the the installers were professional and courteous, and quickly fixed the mistakenly ordered glass and answered our questions we had about the installation.. Would definitely recommend this company and their installation crew if you are looking one or all your windows replaced..
