Kleiner Moving & Storage

This company is first class! We moved our mother out of her apartment last week into an assisted living home. We called Kleiner on a recommendation from a friend. They have a very smooth online contract to fill out and very organized.

The best part was the move. The showed up dead on time. The three young men were careful, courteous, professional, clean and efficient. Not one item was scratched. All of the furniture and other items were perfectly wrapped, taking away, packed into the truck, delivered and taken into her new apartment.

Nothing could have been smoother.

I was moving and a little worried as I heard horror stories of how the cost ended up being a lot more than quoted not with Kleiner Services it was below what they quoted. On the day Yuriy, Alex & Wayne showed up on time and were great. They were very efficient, packed and moved everything a lot quicker than expected.

We recently downsized from our home of 30 years to a townhouse. I found Kleiner Services via Google and their favourable reviews. I can't say enough about how happy we were with their service. Everyone we dealt with was great, from Mary in the front office to the crew. Their rates were excellent, they worked extremely hard, were very personable, and got the job done on time and with zero damage. I would highly recommend them.

We were extremely satisfied with the service provided by Kleiner's movers. From beginning to end, everyone was polite, thorough, honest and efficient. I especially appreciated the pre move site visit which allowed them to give us a very accurate estimate as well as a lot of really helpful tips for ensuring our move went smoothly. The Kleiner moving team were great! Punctual, efficient, friendly and competent, they had us moved from Vancouver out to Port Moody in under 3 hours and made the whole process very smooth beginning to end. Alex, Barry and Christian arrived on-time, made quick work of the pack-up, transfer, and unloading and placement of furniture at second location. Outstanding work by a strong and personable crew. Owner (Konstantin) was also on-site for about 80% of the work and lent a supervisory and helping hand. I'd use Kleiner Services again in a heartbeat.

Was researching companies on internet and contacted another company who was unavailable on my moving day. That company recommended this company and it exceeded my expectations. The movers were young guys with great work initiative and wonderful personalities. They took direction well and happily took on any task assigned to them. It was a very hot day and they worked nonstop for 8 hours never complaining once. They also put furniture and beds together and the price came in below the estimate. Very efficient , organized company. Would highly recommend!

Last year, we moved from a house to a condo, we used Kleiner Service, reasonable charges, quick and incredibly awesome jobs. They greet us with smiles and inform us throughout the entire time.
This year we used them again to put away things to storage. Awesome job done once again.
In few months we are moving to another location, and definitely we will use them again, no doubt!

We've used Kleiner Services two years in a row now for our annual shipment of 100+ instruments. From dealing with the initial booking to the actual movers everyone was very professional and accommodating. I would definitely recommend them without hesitation.
