Kleiner Moving & Storage

This was the easiest, most efficient move ever!
We had a few hiccups booking our move out date and Mary was very helpful, understanding and accommodating.
Nick, Renzo and David were fast, careful and respectful. They had one eye on the clock and made every effort to come in under the estimated time.
I would definitely use Kleiner again!

Extremely efficient, informative and more than pleasant in a very stressful time for me - a flood from the unit upstairs forced my move. I can’t say enough great things about everyone involved from Kleiners - and there were many!

The workers were really lead by a great leader and the work I saw was efficient and very carefully done. I am pleased with their service and will recommend them. I have never seen GRAND PIANO be transported with such good care as these guys. All items were labelled or photographed as well which tells me they are very organized.

The 2 men were pleasant, took care when packing and moving my items, completed the job in a timely fashion (it was a large job) and left the place tidy. I would call again if I needed this service.

I am unsure of their pricing as this service was included as part of our insurance claim.

Service was great. They picked up our furniture on time and delivered it to storage with no issues.

We had a great experience with Kleiner Services. From Konstantin's initial visit, to Mary's follow-up phone calls, to the three gentlemen who packed the truck in Vancouver and unpacked everything here in Victoria, everyone was thoughtful, kind, helpful, efficient, and in general, just great! Moving can be a stressful and busy experience, but ours certainly wasn't, thanks in large part to the Kleiner team. Many thanks and all best!

Mary and Konstantin were so supportive and helpful in helping me figure out what to do with my mother's possessions after she passed. Their crew came and helped me pack everything up and delivered it flawlessly to 3 different locations. They followed instructions, were service oriented, kind, quick and everything arrived in perfect shape. They took some of the stuff into storage for me until I could figure out what to do with it and then were super accoomodating when I wanted it back. I have recommended Kleiner Services to many friends and will continue to do so because they are such wonderful people and their services are super professional.

Yuriy, Christian, and Daniel arrived on time, were very friendly and professional, and worked efficiently. They wrapped our furniture and TV securely and treated all of our belongings carefully. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. It was so easy communicating with Mary and Konstantin. They made moving as painless as possible!

We were super fortunate to book Kleiner Services less than a week before our month-end moving date after several calls to some of the larger moving companies. Wow! Are we ever happy to have found Kleiner. They conducted a site visit within a few hours of our first call and were lovely to deal with at every step. We will 100% be using them again and couldn't recommend them more highly!

The movers were fast, friendly, and handled a complicated situation with ease. Smoothest move I've ever had, with lots of emails and a site visit beforehand and then a very smooth moving day. They even gave me a slight discount for paying online, which was a nice little bonus at the end of the day!
