Kleiner services handled our move flawlessly! Mary was so personable right from our first interaction, and coordinated their staff for the exact days we had requested. The two gentleman who handled the move were so courteous and polite, and they took great care with our furniture and belongings, and as well were so careful with walls and doorways in the place we moved into. My partner and I were in a bit of a bind for our move. Friends we had asked to help us move had some issues come up and we were seriously undermanned to handle a move ourselves. We were now looking for movers on Monday and planning to move Saturday, setting ourselves up for failure right?

I called movers who were recommended to me, but they told me they couldn't help on such short notice, but told me to give Kleiner Services a call. So Monday afternoon, after a little internet investigation, I gave Mary a call and I was in luck they were able to help and Konstantin came out to view our apartments to provide a quote and we were saved!

The move itself went off without a hitch, the guys were kind, courteous and, most importantly, EFFICIENT! To load two apartments' worth of stuff, and make two separate drop offs only took them just over 6 hours.

I contacted Kleiner Services to help move a piano from Vancouver to Burnaby about a month ago. They weren't the cheapest in town, but you get what you pay for. Their service was awesome. They were in constant contact with me the entire time from the day before the move to when they delivered the piano to my house.

Once the truck got to my house, the time it took to move the piano from their truck to the room in my house, it literally took 15 minutes. I offered the three guys some gatorade as it was a pretty hot day.

We had a long-term tenant (almost 20 years) renting a house. When he left, there was a considerable amount of junk that remained on the property that accumulated for many, many years. Konstantin and his crew did a great job removing everything and getting it ready for the new occupants! Took a few trips to get the job done, but we would have been absolutely stuck without their help! Would happily recommend and use again in the future!
