John is very thorough which is exactly what we were looking for as first time home buyers. He showed up early and had already been up on the roof and around the property before our scheduled meeting. Very knowledgeable and took the time to teach us about what he is looking for, and why things are built the way they are. John provided a very detailed report via email within 24 hours of the inspection, with pictures of everything we looked at to go with. My realtor was instantly impressed with John's process, and when the time comes that I require a home inspection in the future I will absolutely be contacting John first.

John was great in his assessment, walking us through both points of weakness (fortunately, few) and points of strength in the design and repair of our first house. He answered all our questions patiently and raised many points we didn't even know to ask about, so the home assessment was really more of tutorial: Home Design and Maintenance 101. We learned a lot and were glad to have his lengthy, illustrated report for future reference. We would call him again, either for a full assessment if needed or just for advice about future maintenance needs. He was very friendly and pleasant to work with.

I had john out to inspect a home I intended to purchase. He was given very short notice as it was a " quick offer" situation, he made it happen. He was given a lot to consider, he did it with a very high level of professionalism and respect. He was asked a lot of questions, he went out of his way to explain and guide through each and every one of them.
John paid attention to every detail, left nothing unexplored and went the extra mile to make sure I was informed and understood!
