Floor Laying & Refinishing review in

Our home builder used Icon Flooring for the interior work. Icon came to regrout a section of cracked tile and instead of testing the grout colour they just went ahead and used the wrong colour. We have been trying to get the back to repair the grout and fix a few other items however they continually no show for appointments and make no effort to provide half decent customer service. I would highly recommend avoiding Icon Flooring. They lack professionalism and are very difficult to deal with.
