They will be nice and promise you anything until they get your stuff then the nightmare begins. Stay away at all costs. They are very disorganized and don't care about there customers

Green moving and storage is one of the worst moving company in the history of moving companies. They asked you to book 6 weeks in advance and gave a pick up window of 4 days and at the beginning of the window to the end no called, and neither did they show.

There customer service is so poor as each time you called the office the girl who answered the phone have no clue who you are and why you called.

The girl at the front desk can only assist you by giving some cell no for some dispatch girl who never answered the phone.

I would highly recommend people to stay away from that company as they will left you stranded, confused and miserable.

This is the work company I have ever came in contact with me. The movers did not show up within the time frame they said they would, which is 4 hours. They showed up so late without explanation. I wasn't even sure if they were coming. When I got my invoice it had charges that were not disclosed when I made the contract. When I called them about it they were very rude and yelled at me it made so uncomfortable that I had to hang up the phone. Do not use this company for moving!!!!

We paid a $200.00 deposit on a Monday to book for our move from AB to BC. After being informed that I would receive a call on Thursday. Well Thursday came and went. I called numerous times with no answer. Or put on hold of an atrocious amount of time. Then by the time Friday arrived. Our stuff packed ready to go. And no truck. No call. Nothing. So we lost our future home due to the fact we could NOT move our stuff. So now out of a place that has 0% vacancy right now. And unable to stay where we are. And out $200.00. Better be getting that deposit back. Beyond savage.

Literally the worst customer service you could ever ask for. Avoid at all cost. Nobody answers phones or does anything to rectify situations they put you in. YOUR STUFF WILL NOT ARRIVE REMOTELY CLOSE TO WHEN THEY SAY.

I booked them and paid the 100$ deposit and they simply didn't show up or answer their phones. #Clowns Don't waste your time with this company regardless of what they promise you.

First of all they were supposed to ship my girlfriends and my stuff from Toronto to Saskatchewan on July 5th. After calling them when it was supposed to arrive (On the 13th) they told me it couldn't be shipped until the 20th because they didn't have room and it wouldn't arrive until the 25th.

By this point they haven't asked for any money or told me I had to pay them. The 20th rolls around so I call and they didn't put me on that shipment because I haven't paid. They hadn't tried to contact me and tell me that as I had no emails or voicemails. I paid the $1,250.00 in whole and got my stuff on the next shipment on August 5th.

Since it was taking so long my girlfriend and I decided to postpone the move until the end of August because we were getting a new place. I called the company and asked to pay extra for them to hold our stuff and be shipped on the 20th. They agreed to the plan.

On the 12th of august I received a call from a driver telling me my stuff would be delivered the next day. Thankfully the apartment we were moving into was vacant so we were able to move our stuff in right away.

But wait there's more...

The movers brought our stuff and moved everything in except the couch (the one thing I hired movers for). I took the couch apart to make it easier for them because I had to go to work. Once I left they told my girlfriend it was impossible to get the couch in and with out even trying they left. Once I got back from work my 140 pound girlfriend and I got the couch into the apartment in about 5 minutes... Talk about lazy.

Terrible costumer service, my shipment from Toronto to Vancouver arrived a week late and several dishes and glassware were broken. As well as the grip on my bicycle was ripped beyond repair. I STRONGLY suggest you go with another moving company.

Very bad and unpleasant, so rude staff , no customer service at all, irresponsible staff and management. damage my hardwood floor, damage my walls, broke my wood chest , Missing items, I won't recommend them to anyone at all

My move to Surrey from Toronto. My first time moving in 25 years you could imagine how much stuff I have. I just retired so it's time to relax in beautiful British Columbia Greenmoving made sure all my valuables were wrapped and handled well. The guys were all so quick, careful & Respectful. They asked me at the end to write a honest review on how we did and your moving experience overall. I wI'll keep Green Moving in mind if I ever move again.
