Matrix Remediation Inc.

After having the vents cleaned, I still had a smell in the vents. I called Matrix Remediation, and Jon was able to come inspect right away. We did not identify any ongoing mold issues, but he was able to recommend a strategy and resources for further ways to solve my problem. He was attentive, thoughtful, informative and generous with his time. Before his service visit I was quite anxious about what the problem could be and how I might go about solving it. Now I am much more confident about what is happening and how to go about solving it. THANKS JON!!!
