Vue Windows

The owner of Vue Windows means well but he won't deliver as promised. Expect unreasonable delays with on-going excuses. I strongly urge that you don't provide a downpayment or you will likely never see your money again. I speak from personal experience with Vue Windows after a two year delay with still nothing to show for. My recommendation...hire someone else who can respect deadlines and deliver in accordance with your window contract. I hope this posting will help others to avoid the hardship I am going through

0/10 STARS! VUE WINDOWS WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER DELIVER! Took a 4000$ of deposit from me back in October 2022 and still have not delivered anything to this day.

After taking my money he never once picked up my phone calls and only answers by text sporadically with excuses with no proof to back up anything he says.

Ive asked him to refund me my deposit several times and he refuses. For the last year he claims to have ordered my windows and that they are sitting in a warehouse but has never given me any proof that this is true. Ive asked multiple times for documentation invoice, proof of order, packing slip and always responds with vague excuses and tells me he will deliver soon. I've also tried to pick them up myself multiple times from his warehouse or supplier and pay the difference with no luck.

Dennis Walker and his company, Vue Windows, were contracted to design, construct and finish the work on building an arts and crafts style four-seasons sunroom by my wife and me. We were extremely happy with his knowledge, professionalism and construction and building expertise in the work he did on completing this sunroom. We have had many compliments on it and its build quality and authentic style reminiscent of the 1930s. We also used him to install architechurally challenging arts and crafts style doors and windows to match the sunroom's style. We are going to be using Dennis Walker and his company, Vue Windows, to redesign and install a new kitchen and master bathroom in the near futre, because we are so impressed with his workmanship and professionalism. We highly recommend his services and expertise to others.
