Jim did a wonderful job explaining all the benefits of the different options while never pressing whatsoever to secure the job. When we visited the showroom both Jim and Razan throughly went through all the options. We decided on European tilt & turn windows and doors to accommodate our preference in sizing and with their fantastic functionality.

David the owner came to give me a quote and do the measurements; his knowledge of windows was exceptional and he was the only person to not try to sell me new patio doors as well (which needed reinstallation only).
