Cody was great, kept us up to date on his time line. Work was completed as promised and looks great. Even took the time to help put the range in place, levelled and fully operational.

Professionaly done, and it's working great. We are very satisfied how our requirement was served.

Cody was my 4th estimate. I'm glad I kept looking. One estimate was 1500.00 and another wouldn't give an amount (job to difficult to estimate apparently). Another said I'll beat your other estimates, just email them to me. Come on. Two said no permit needed. I phoned the city, and yes, definitely permit required. New line=permit. I didn't think anyone knew at all what they were doing, and this is gas! Cody came, looked, no heavy sighs....estimated a range, came, worked quickly and efficiently and charged under the estimate. Permit done next day. Done. This is what you want in a trade.

The old cartridge in the shower was broken and a replacement part couldn't be found. I thought the tile had to be broken the replace the whole valve. Cody came up with a solution that didn't involve breaking the tile and the bank. The result was everything that I had asked for and more. The laundry room situation was even more complicated as all the plumbing and venting had to come from the ceiling and inside the walls. Cody worked hard to work around all the obstacles and made sure everything was to code. The laundry turned out great with no damage to the bathroom wall. The vent was all rigid which reduces fire hazard. Cody even helped me connect and level the washer and dryer. All the work were completed in a day with minimum interference to normal life at home. I am extremely satisfied with Cody's work and would recommend anyone looking for a honest and reliable plumber to give me a call.

Cody is an intelligent friendly guy who knows his way around the boiler. He is very determined to do the right thing and get the job done properly.
