After signing with Dixon, I have not heard a word back. It is impossible to reach anyone. I pretended to be a new client and asked for sales, and was informed how they would proceed- when I stated I was already a client, and they had done none of what she was proclaiming- she hung up on me.
I cannot reach the customer service, or sales- it seems as though they have "blackballed" my communications.
Avoid this company at all costs- they promise everything, and produce nothing!
$1300 sign up fee totally wasted!!
