This was a significant project and we had very good advice from the start. Once our product selections were made, the work was completed by a professional crew who explained things as they went, worked efficiently and paid attention to detail and cleanliness. Our inspections were organized effectively, and a closing meeting was held to do a final inspection and complete the necessary warranty registrations.

Canadian heating and cooling offered a competitive price and was very quick and efficient with the installation that happened just a few days after signing the contract. Rene was great to work with and the furnace has been operating well. Plus, I liked the fact that they only sell Canadian made Napoleon furnaces - definitely the clincher for me.

Rene and his installers did a terrific job removing the old equipment and installing the new Napoleon equipment. Everything works like a charm and Rene has followed up more than once to be sure everything is to our satisfaction. Because of their great work, others in our complex are using them as well. Highly recommend both on price, quality of new equipment, installation and follow up.

I was impressed by all employees I dealt with: a salesman-professional and ethical and installation crew of two young men ,who despite their age oozed confidence and fully lived up to my expectations.
Will turn to the same company should I need more jobs done without the slightest hesitation.

Mark and Chris were two very professional young men did the installation. Approx 5 HRs to remove our 30yr+ furnace and install the new Napoleon.

Expertise, clean, helpful, explanations on how the various systems work, on time and completed in two days.

Rene was very knowledgeable, he explained what Furnace would fit best for our house.
We found the cost was competitive and there were no surprises. Our furnace was installed quickly and on-time.

Purchased and Air Conditioner and Humidifier. Rene was patient and very knowledgeable about the products he sells. Install guys were such clean workers. Shortly after install the unit became noisy. Without hesitation a brand new unit was installed the next week and has been working flawlessly ever since.
