It is unfortunate that there was a miscommunication regarding the installation of a new WiFi thermostat as your old thermostat had problems.
Originally we did bill you for it as it was not part of the original install.
However, as you know we did issue you a credit of $326.57 and put it as a misunderstanding between our team members and yourself.
It would be appreciated if your review stating we were dishonest to be adjusted as it was a miscommunication, not outright dishonesty.

Were sorry to hear that you had a breakdown and you had to cancel your family gather during this lockdown. It is unfortunate that your repair call was sent out to a technician who was not actually on call. That internal problem has been rectified.
