We had our furnace quit on us intermittently during a cold snap. We called and the same day, Hans came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and solved it. Great courteous help!

Called to check my furnace as sometimes heat signal was on at thermostat while furnace wasn't running.

I thought I needed a humidifier. The workman came and after discussion he found out that I did not need a humidifier but a humidaire. He quickly gave me the suggestions and I was able to start working on the solution to the ptoblem

Extremely thorough annual maintenance checks. Never seen this attention to detail and customer service from any of my previous large companies. Canadian might be small but they're mighty and give best value.

I had a problem with a leak at the back of my furnace. Leaving a pot under wasn't a permanent solution. Called to request a service call and they gave a time period that they would be there and they were. It turned out to be a simple problem but one I wouldn't have been to do. Very friendly, quick and reliable.

I had a furnace problem on Sunday. Two servicemen came more or less promptly on Monday and they were very efficient and friendly. They seem to have found a problem ( dirty flame sensor) and it is working fine. My furnace installer was going to charge $298 for diagnostics so I saved money.

Complete replacement of old furnace. New vent work completed. Rebuilt and relocated piping and location of water/condensation pump. Upon job completion price paid was exactly what was quoted. -No surprises. Hans was great, from start to finish. Installers were couteous and professional. Removals/disposal of old furnace and installation of new one (and new thermostat) all completed in approximately half a day. Installers took the time to show us the work that had been done (inside and out) and explained why things were done that way.
Follow up call 2 days later to ensure we were happy and all was working well.
