I had pleasant and great experiences working with Scott to extend duct and install new vents on my house main floor. Scott was extremely professional, responsive, helpful and reasonable. After the site visit, he suggested to include other duct modifications to improve air circulation for the whole system and clearly explained to me why he suggested so.

We had recently bought a home and the previous home owner had the hot water tank installed by a contractor who did not follow local codes or manufacture recommendations for the gas piping and venting. This resulted in a B tag from the local utility provider, requiring us to fix with in 41 days.

Bains Heating & Air came to our home quickly and made the corrections to the previous installation, reviewed the work plan with the utility provider and cleared the tag, placing the unit back into service with no further issues.
