They are always so great! We have asked for their help a few times before, the guys are very nice, knowledgable and friendly. This time we asked them to help replace our old toilet with a higher one to accomodate for our mom's upcoming knee replacement surgery and install a handheld bidet (because our old one is really short with an odd shaped seat that prohibits us from installing the necessary toilet seat riser). Daniel was so easy to communicate with, and was able to book us for the next day. Andrew helped with the installation and everything works great. Highly recommend them! Thanks for your help guys!

This is a late review, but I felt compelled to write one because of the company's excellence in helping us. We suspected that our toilet in the master bathroom was leaking and reached out to Pristine Plumbing to help us out. Daniel replied very promptly and arranged a service call for the same day, but because we already had plans, he was able to re-schedule us for 8:00 am the next day. We were very impressed that Andrew came at 8:00 as promised. He's very friendly and thorough in walking us through the process of fixing the problematic toilet. He encountered one problem after another and ended up having to replace the whole thing because it was a very old toilet that the "spare parts" were discontinued. Our new toilet works far better than the old one, no more leakage, and the pricing is fair. Will definitely recommend Pristine Plumbing to everyone.

Cole is super nice and very easy to communicate with. He's also punctual and the quality of work done is excellent! The windstorm caused our fence post to tilt, and we worry that it will collapse on to our neighbour's property. Unlike other companies that declined the work because it's "too small", Cole agreed to do the work and fixed it quite quickly. We will definitely contact him again for future carpentry work.
