I am very happy with their service. Everything was clearly explained to me before the work was started. He also went back to the store to get another pipe to be able to finish it the way its supposed to be done. I would definitely recommend them and will be using their service in the future. We understood that this is a very busy time for plumbing services. The owner Daniel was quick to call us within 1 hour after the online request for service and we booked a time for the job estimate. Only one other vendor called us back after 4 days and would not send anyone out for an estimate (a basic labor charge over the phone). (Homestars' referral service sends customer's request out to 5 vendors for bidding).
Plumber Michael was on time at 8am and finished around 10:30. He kept us informed throughout the repairs and took photos of the repairs. His work was tidy and thorough, even demonstrated how to do a minor repair for future needs. Estimate was fair, labor and parts & tax (75 yr old detached home). -2 dish sinks replaced old clogged undersized pipes and power auger to clear pipes down to basement level, and 1 bathroom leaking sink and 1 toilet slow flush. Was willing to do a last minute repair to replace outside faucet.
My wife and I are very satisfied. We will definitely use and refer Pristine Plumbing for future services to friends and family.

Andrew was prompt, very polite, quick and really pleasant to have in the house. I was very impressed with him. He not only fixed the problem we called him for, but another that cropped up as well. Our shower faucet started leaking significantly the day before we were leaving town. We called Daniel at Pristine and they came the next day after we had left and repaired it. It was so good to be able to trust someone to come into our house while we were away and correct the problem. The cost was more as a Kohler cartridge was required.

I have always found Daniel to be knowledgeable and fair. Today, he diagnosed a problem with a much cheaper solution that I had anticipated. He also purchased and installed a new faucet replacing a faulty one. Good work good communication good price.

Our house is almost 100 years old. Roots from the beech tree on the boulevard had entered the sewer through cracks in the original pipe and had completely blocked the drain. Pristine diagnosed the problem and replaced the sewer pipe.
