I recently worked with Yixin Construction for a bathroom renovation and couldn't be happier with the results. The team was professional, attentive, and kept me informed throughout the project. The quality of work was outstanding, with great attention to detail in the tiling, plumbing, and fixture installation. They were punctual, courteous, and kept the workspace clean. The renovated bathroom looks fantastic and functions perfectly. I highly recommend Yixin Construction for their excellent service and craftsmanship.

Renovation bathtub and shower stall

Very good workmanship and responsive company under the auspices of Niko. He oversaw the worker that demolished our old bathtub/shower stall and install the new one. There was another helper that came for some of the work but was not around for long. Mostly the job was done very efficiently and meticulously by one man. The whole job took about 3 days with the gentleman working approximately 8 hours per day on average. The result was what we wanted. An additional cost was added for the tile we chose. In the end, we got a beautiful new bathtub/shower stall to replace a tired 20 year old one. Niko answered all our questions along the way and even afterwards.

We needed to renovate out basement after a burst pipe caused a flood. Niko was amazing throughout the whole process. As new home owners, Niko was very helpful as this process was new to us. He was responsive, offered his advice and was very accommodating.

The team who were onsite to complete the work were respectful and extremely hard working. We love the results and are very happy with our new basement.

The work was going so well that we asked Niko to quote on an additional job to replace our front entry steps. Again we were very happy with the results. We will be using Yixin Construction again for future renovations.

We worked with Niko to get the layout and look we wanted for our basement. Along the way, we made some updates to our project as it progressed.

His team was very hard working and did quality work. Were very happy with the results and the quick turnaround (full basement Reno in 5-6 weeks).

Kitchen, washroom renovation

My son recommended Yixin to me because this company renovated a washroom for him and he liked it, so I decided to use it for us to renovate one kitchen and two washrooms, and I have found that it is a right decision. It's a good company indeed. The manager Niko and his staff are very responsible and diligent to do a quality job and finish the projects on time. Niko visited the sites several time to make sure it was based on the design plan and he did find some errors that we missed and corrected them right away. Now we are happy to live in a new environment. Thank you Yixin! And Niko!

I had a perfect experience with Yixin Construction company. The designer named niko so professional and friendly. I like the advanced VR technology with their pictures and is very helpful to me. It gave me some idea about my new basement. Btw, according to niko‘s advice, I got a new and perfect basement two months ago. My girlfriend like it very much! Thank you!
