 I brought my house in 2016 summer, but the bath room didn't smell good months ago.  As a student, I don’t know how to fit it up. I research some information and call this company. To my surprise ,their consultant was friendly and professional ,after their site visit , they told me there were problems on the drywall and exhaust, 3 days after they invited me to their company and gave me 3 sets of design options. According to compare the price and service, in the end, i sighed up the Bath room renovation contract. Now the renovation is finished, and i am quite satisfy about the outcome！thanks !

Basement was completely gutted and rebuilt with 2 bedrooms, rec room, washroom and spotlights and laundry room, cracks in the foundation were repaired extensively, backyard deck was removed and new deck built, main floor tiles were replaced, new kitchen was installed, new appliances were installed, baseboard and casements were replaces, stairs were renovated with new wood, new iron pickets and railing, new paint and ceilings were smoothed out. Over all job was very well done, workers showed up every day and worked till after hours on several days, they worked Saturdays and even long weekends to get job done on time. Very helpful and did all the extra little tweaks and changes we asked for at no extra costs. Post completion issues were also addressed in a timely fashion. Best of all the contractor didn't take the money and disappear!

We are glad that we chose Yixin to renovate our master bathroom. Niko (the owner) is very friendly and accommodating. He is always available to address our questions and concerns. Most importantly, his team did a wonderful job.
