Averax waterproofed the side of my house and it's still wet
I hired Averax a year ago to waterproof the side of my basement. They dug up the basement floor, installed weepng tile, connected it to the drain and laid a concrete floor. One year later, there's water along the bottom of the wall where they did their work. I phoned Alex and told him and he refuses to come take a look sayng it would be a waste of his time. He insisted on seeing pictures but photos do not show wetness. No concern about the quality of work or reputation at all. Do not hire this company.

Hi Wendy, I asked the pictures because you were saying completely different things in each email. In the first email one baseboard got mold on it but the wall was dry, in one hour you are saying that the wall is wet, in the third email the wall is dry. I know you good enough and sometimes you are getting very nervous and overreacting. Please send me the pictures of the baseboard when things will calm down, and I will pass by the next day.
P.S. the mold can be caused by bad ventilation during the hot summer days. I was telling you this 1 year ago.Best regards,
