We hired Dream Pools to build our pool and they did a fantastic job. Sterling was great to work with. He always got back to me right away. He also guided us to design a better pool than we would have on our own. There were many features/ideas that we would never have thought of. The Dream pools team was impressive from start to finish!! Their knowledge, patience and precision was displayed across the whole team. Sterling was a huge help in making decisions on materials and layouts. Most importantly Sterling was excellent in helping us come up with a very functional and elegant design that maximized the best use of our modest sized yard. The Dreampools team were always kind, courteous and continue to be a great source of information for both my wife and I. We had our pool completed summer of 2016. After doing lots of research and obtaining many quotes from many various companies we decided to work with Sterling and his team. Sterling was extremely helpful during the planning phase of the pool answering all of our questions and concerns. He was full of great ideas related not only to the actual pool but the overall layout and function of the backyard. Sterling wanted and did coordinate his work with all of the other related trades to ensure that all of our ideas and thoughts came to life. This sort of due diligence and confidence probably avoided many possible problems during the installation.

The whole Dream Team started on the date they promised and finished when they said. They were extremely professional and considerate of our neighbours and took the time to ensure that everyone was content when they were done. They provided clear guidance on how to run all the equipment and to maintain the pool. They even came out several times to assist or provide additional clarity due to my lack of technical knowledge when needed.
When the summer was sadly finished, they showed up on time to close the pool and install the safety cover. We look forward to starting the summer off right when they return to open the pool.

I have and will continue to recommend Sterling and his crew to anyone interested in getting a pool.

My wife and I hired Sterling and his crew relatively late in our planning process, and we are very glad we did! We had the pool installed in mid-summer. Sterling was ready to start on literally the exact date he anticipated to start and in fact we had to push him and his crew back a few weeks, as the landscaping company we hired was the one with delays. This was no problem for Sterling as he was able to get to someone else earlier than expected and changed his schedule to line up the timing perfectly with the landscaper. The result was great!

We had received a few quotes from a few of the 'big name' places and a couple smaller ones too. Quite honestly, we were looking for the best 'bang for our buck' since we thought everyone installs pools pretty much the same way. Initially we didn't care who did the job but after going through the experience, are we ever glad we ended up finding Dream Pools! Not only did we get by far the best bang for our buck, but our minds were constantly put at ease, as Sterling and his crew's attention to the smallest details throughout the install process was truly remarkable...certainly nothing you would see from the companies that have a huge number of crews building too many pools at a time. It is clear from watching them and talking to them, that Sterling treats his crew very well, which ultimately benefits US/YOU, the homeowners. This was of huge value to me personally, as I am very picky and a bit of a perfectionist, as Sterling would likely attest to (lol).

Sterling and each of his crew members to this day, months now after install, have been nothing but professional, insightful, helpful, and most importantly down-to-earth. I have no doubts that anything that may come up ranging from technical equipment issues to simple questions regarding pool ownership, Sterling will resolve it promptly.

What we didn't know going into this project is that the down-to-earth dealings with a company's owner directly, is a greatly undervalued benefit of such a big, costly project. Not to mention the piece of mind going forward that Sterling is only a quick text away. People should not underestimate the value of this, and should consider it when deciding on whom to go with.

Overall we would highly recommend Sterling and his crew at Dream Pools to build your...um...dream pool (for real, no pun intended).

Excellent, just excellent. Sterling and his crew were professional, courteous and conscientious at all times.
Sterling was available to answer any questions and delivered on everything he committed to. We encountered one "hiccup" through our project (no fault at all to Sterling and the Dream crew), they were easily able to adapt and provide a solution.

Thrilled with the work and the end result, it is great to see a contractor taking such pride in their work. No hesitation at all in recommending Dream pools.

We hired Dream Pools this year to build us a salt water pool at our home in Oakville and we love the job they did!
Sterling and his workers were so friendly, professional and easy to work with; they were always on time, very efficient and hard working. 40 degree weather didn't stop them from showing up, like it would with some other people I know. They gave us the best price and I know this because I shopped around quite a bit. We've had no issues and I'm 100% confident that if something did go wrong, Sterling would make sure that it gets taken care of.
