Dream Pools

My wife and I hired Sterling and his crew relatively late in our planning process, and we are very glad we did! We had the pool installed in mid-summer. Sterling was ready to start on literally the exact date he anticipated to start and in fact we had to push him and his crew back a few weeks, as the landscaping company we hired was the one with delays. This was no problem for Sterling as he was able to get to someone else earlier than expected and changed his schedule to line up the timing perfectly with the landscaper. The result was great!

We had received a few quotes from a few of the 'big name' places and a couple smaller ones too. Quite honestly, we were looking for the best 'bang for our buck' since we thought everyone installs pools pretty much the same way. Initially we didn't care who did the job but after going through the experience, are we ever glad we ended up finding Dream Pools! Not only did we get by far the best bang for our buck, but our minds were constantly put at ease, as Sterling and his crew's attention to the smallest details throughout the install process was truly remarkable...certainly nothing you would see from the companies that have a huge number of crews building too many pools at a time. It is clear from watching them and talking to them, that Sterling treats his crew very well, which ultimately benefits US/YOU, the homeowners. This was of huge value to me personally, as I am very picky and a bit of a perfectionist, as Sterling would likely attest to (lol).

Sterling and each of his crew members to this day, months now after install, have been nothing but professional, insightful, helpful, and most importantly down-to-earth. I have no doubts that anything that may come up ranging from technical equipment issues to simple questions regarding pool ownership, Sterling will resolve it promptly.

What we didn't know going into this project is that the down-to-earth dealings with a company's owner directly, is a greatly undervalued benefit of such a big, costly project. Not to mention the piece of mind going forward that Sterling is only a quick text away. People should not underestimate the value of this, and should consider it when deciding on whom to go with.

Overall we would highly recommend Sterling and his crew at Dream Pools to build your...um...dream pool (for real, no pun intended).
