My backyard was barely usable, small as it is it was sitting on the slope downwards and impossible to use. After the job finished, I could not recognize it. Every inch is now usable and can be used, so now it feels much bigger and super modern. The walk from the basement was added as well, Im very excited about the way it was done and cant wait to fully use after we finish the basement.

Tim, from Ravinview was highly recommended by a good friend of our family and after interviewing him and two other contractors we've decided to to use his company for our little project. Even his price wasn't the cheapest out of three estimates.
The job was done in a reasonable time manner. Our job site was never left and at the same time was never crowded with trades, so the process went smooth and very well organized.
We are extremely happy with his company and definitely going to use them again and also recommend to our friends.

Tim and his crew worked very hard to ensure all aspects of the renovation were completed thoroughly and very detailed. Tim always kept me informed on the status of each task and explained every step of the way. Tim was very flexible and accommodating to my changing needs along the way, and worked extra hard and everyday to make sure everything was completed on time. Not only was it completed on time, but the quality and perfection is beyond outstanding!. The site was always kept cleaned (inside and outside) and the entire crew was very profession and worked very hard. Even the neighbours commented on how clean it was around the home given the scale of the renovations and how professional the workers were.

The results of the renovation are exactly as I pictured my dream home to look. From the demolition and framing, to flooring, painting, lighting, windows, stairs, bathroom and a big spacious kitchen and cabinetry, I am beyond amazed and thrilled!!

We worked with Tim and his team for our master bathroom renovation. It was our first major reno in our first home so we were very careful and hesitant when talking to contractors.
One of the very few contractors that were very communicative and very detail oriented. They told us their professional opinion while being open to how we wanted our design to be as well.

We recently renovated our entire home with Ravineview Construction and the experience was fantastic. Tim was very easy to work with, he was very professional and available whenever we needed him. We had a budget and Tim was able to help us work within it and give us really good ideas of what can be done in each space in order to maximize its potential. The quality of work done throughout the home was great and his team was all very experienced and professional. The entire project was completed on time and we were very pleased with the outcome. We live in a 110 year old semi in Toronto, which creates challenges in renovating (nothing is square, old wood, out dated standards). Tim was very transparent through the quote period, offering item by item detailing, which helped on understanding where the costs were coming from, and better inform decisions. He was also upfront about possible issues that can be encountered once things are 'opened up', and made sure that we weren't surprised along the way. His quote was in the middle across the submissions, but we felt most comfortable with him with the upfront transparency. Our trust was not misplaced, Tim was great to work with, and from a communication perspective, maintained a constant dialogue with us, as we were out of the house during the work. He was meticulous in planning, exemplified by things such as video calling to go over exact placement of switched and electrical outlets. As progress was made, he was quick to send photos. it was obvious that he takes pride in his work. As issues with our structure emerged (something he had warned as a potential issue), he was quick to solve, and worked to minimize impacts to the budget. He made recommendations that were practical, and definitely things we would have missed. Tim's a great contractor to work with, and would highly recommend him.
