Took $350 and my fridge is still broken
Sorry about your experience. the $95 would be charged ONLY if the complaint is not related to the original complaint. Not sure why you didnt let us fix it. This is exactly why we give warranty.

I can see that the part that we installed on your appliance has known issues online.
