Took $350 and my fridge is still broken
Called these guys in to fix my fridge.
For $95 Guy came in, looked at the fridge, didn't unscrew anything, just listened to it for a bit. When he'd heard that we have vacuumed around it he said wait another 48 hours, if it is still broken call and we will order the part you need.
And like a fool, I assumed this guy knew what he was doing.
So two days later, I call an they order the part. It took about a week and a half before he came back and installed the part. Given that this part ran $225, I really hoped it would work.
Two days later, I still had a broken fridge.
I call the company to complain and they apologize and say that this time he will call a senior staff member when he revisits and they send me a warranty to sign.
This warranty says that if I do not use them to repair the issue, they will charge me ANOTHER $95.
At this point I am out $350 and still do not have a working fridge.
So no, I didn't sign the warranty. At this point I went and bought a new fridge.
Stay away. These guys are NOT thorough. They do NOT investigate the problem and instead expect you to keep buying parts until they guess the right one that will fix your fridge.

Sorry about your experience. the $95 would be charged ONLY if the complaint is not related to the original complaint. Not sure why you didnt let us fix it. This is exactly why we give warranty.
