1. Charged me three times the price for the part 2. Although not incompetent the repair person did not appear to know how to test for the broken part 3. Part replaced but still not working and they were quite happy to charge me another triple-priced part (the original part replaced could have been a working part) 4. Called (Sept 6) and told them I would return the part and wanted a full refund for the part. Customer service would call within 48 hours (Sept 8). It is now Sept 18 and I still have not heard from them... 5. I figure the labour costs are lost and my tuition for the experience of trusting this company.... Do not use this company!!!!!! Update September 30, 2016 It took a few attempts but I finally contacted Lior as requested in his response to my review. Within 1/2 hour we arrived at a mutually agreeable solution, one I am very comfortable with and within another 5 hours a refund was deposited into my bank. Lior was noticeably upset with the situation and truly wanted to arrive at a fair resolution and as quickly as possible - which was done. Thank you!!!!!!
