The worst experience ever in my life

The concerns you have noted in this review have now been discussed with both your Area Manager as well as upper management here at Pacesetter. While it sounds as though there is a great deal of confusion surrounding the situation, we do have to apologize for the frustration this has caused you.
We recognize that during the transition between cancelling your Reid contract and writing your new Pacesetter contract, we have experienced some unavoidable delays in receivership. With that being said, we are unable to begin the build on a new home without first securing a deposit on the home.
We would like to take the time to set up a meeting between yourself and our management team to help further clarify the details of your file, as well as communicating what you can expect going forward. Your Area Manager will be reaching out to you immediately to set up this meeting.
