We have had a mountain ash in the backyard that had died several years ago and needed to be removed. This year I decided with a push from my wife to get it removed.

We used HomeStars to enlist a professional company to remove it. We had several quotes and Tom was by fair the most competitive. Our quotes were all over the map and people provided pricing without even coming by.

Tom reached out when he was in the area and even expressed remorse for the cost of what he was charging as this would take literally 25 minutes or so. He kept apologizing for the cost.

He was by far the most cost effective, his team arrived and within 15-20 minutes the job was done.

I was very happy with the work and would recommend him and his team to anyone who wants to have a tree removed.

Tom was very helpful in walking us through the process of removing and some trees from my property, including the entire permit process and arborist report. My backyard is so much more functional now.

Tom removed a small tree for me. We chatted by phone and he was very helpful and knowledgeable about tree species, health, and job requirements. He arrived on time and did a nice job, and even cleaned up. The tree was in my garden and everything looked totally normal after he was finished. Highly recommend!

We used Homestars in search of a good Arborist. We were contacted by Tom who was very police and not pushy at all. He knew a lot about the Norway Maple that we were looking to have pruned. He explained what he was going to do. I asked many questions about the tree and he answered them clearly.

TS Arborist removed a large spruce very close to our house. They cut the tree from the top down, ground the branches onsite and removed all pieces of the trunk. Work included stump removal, which allowed me to install a flower bed without difficulty to the spot.

We had a dead tree in the backyard and a troublesome tree leaning against a shed. Tom was great, gave a quote and recommended options . I wanted trees to be planted as well. He was quick to complete the cutting within 48 hours later. The best part was the communication with Tom. We spoke by text and phone. He answered my questions even at 9 pm. He recommended a Eastern redbud and a cedar to plant and again , speedy service - within 24 hours after. I would recommend this company to my friends. I will get Tom and his crew back next year for my nasty Manitoba maple.
