We are very pleased with our recent front door from EuroStar Windows and Doors. Norm was very responsive and helped us choose the best fit for our house. Our door arrived on time and the installers were quick and pleasant. Overall great experience and reasonably priced!

We had our windows replaced for the whole house...brick to brick work... really well done without a mess..and this in the week before Christmas....they worked 10-12 hr days just to be finished on the Thursday so we could relax and clean up and be ready for Christmas eve....Melik and Nathan were very polite and knowledgeable...We had snow and minus 9 and they worked inside and outside. They covered the floors up so no mess inside the house. Very reasonable price for 11 windows. We love our new windows. We are now getting also a quote for the roll shutters (german style shutters) . Igor takes good care of his customers and replies almost immediately by emails. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you guys for taking good care of us.

If I could give Norm Shubat from EuroStar Windows and Doors 15 stars I would! He came to quote on a new entry door and sidelight system (arriving on time, in a snowstorm). Upon noting that our entry door's half glass window frame was fractured and the glass was half falling out of the door and at risk of shattering due to sitting on the frame screws, he replaced the window unit right there FOR FREE and it was not a simple task. I had tried to do this already myself however the previous homeowner had cut the window hole in the existing original steel door, and I could not make the new window fit the aperture as the steel edges and foam core were cut unevenly (probably why the frame eventually cracked, it was under compression). Norm was able to carefully rough out a larger opening despite having only my hammer and drill (no metal files or chisels), and he installed my new window beautifully. He clearly took pride in making the window sit evenly and making the old door look as good as possible. He also pointed out an area where the previous homeowner had made an error with one of the door hinges which we will now fix. He took care as well to keep my home clean during this process. He would not allow me to pay him for his time. Basically he is a great guy and did great work and clearly knows exactly what he is doing and how to do it. I would absolutely hire him to do the full entry installation for a new door system. Also, the other individuals I spoke with on the phone from Eurostar were professional and helpful. Their rough quotes also seemed substantially better than those at the Home Depot. I am very impressed with this company. Thank you! - Althea B

These guys have the best price and I was amazed with the service. Very professional, fast, and thorough. Even Costco gave me a quote $2000 more for this bow window. They did a large bow window for me in Oakville. I recommend everyone to check out their showroom - a little far (Hamilton I think), but when you are selecting windows it's best you learn and see them. No regrets! Best service!

We came across Eurostar Windows and Doors at the Burlington Home Show in the early fall. After getting quotes from several other companies we chose them based on price, quality of windows and customer service. Jim was a very professional and courteous salesman. Not at all pushy like some of the other salesmen we had come through the house. He made suggestions that we hadn't even considered to get the best windows for our home based on both esthetics and energy efficiency. We couldn't be happier with how they look. Igor came to do the technical measurements on a Saturday, which was much appreciated. He was prompt and efficient. After the order was placed Eurostar was able to stick to our required install date. Malek and his partner did any amazing job on the install. They took great care to make sure not to make a mess (or let our old cat out of the house:)). We are especially pleased with the attention to detail around the aluminum flashing at the top of our windows. We look forward to working with the Eurostar team again to do our back patio door.

Did not come with proper info re amount of time the job would take, so were here until 10:30 pm. Cleaned up well. There are a few questions, but will ask them when they come again to do more work.
