Laptop Tune-Up and Virus Removal
It was my pleasure to assist and I can totally understand the frustration levels you experienced from a previous technician from Best Buy's Geek Squad who did not get rid of the virus or do the tune-up properly - yet you still got charged for it. I used to work with companies like this but I soon realized not everyone took the care and attention that the customers needed and the tools they were using were, in my opinion, not the greatest either. I observed this almost at every major company and this is why I eventually started my own consulting business. Nothing gives me more pleasure than to provide my expertise directly to the end user without the end user paying more than double or triple the costs and still not get the job done. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to look after you and take care of the issues and getting the machine up and running as per your requirements. Please follow the advise I gave you too so your machine can stay healthy for as long as possible. I simply believe that if I was a customer and I wanted a service, then I would like an explanation that I could also make sense of before I could agree to having the service executed. I believe that one should treat another the way you would expect to be treated yourself. Money or billing is not a priority because without trust, there can be no business or prosperity.
