I met Tyler last summer when he was working on a project in out strata complex.
I talked to him about my hot water tank and told him that I would consider changing it later in the year.
He was very communicative and explain to me how the process works as well as the different options .
I called Tyler today , and he was nice enough to come over and start the project, completing it a few hours later.
Everything was explained and shown as the project was going down.
I am very satisfied with the work and everything that was done by Tyler an I would recommend him as well as the company to my friends and neighbours
And most certainly I would hire him for a future project.

Very professional, friendly, cleaned up after himself. Would not hesitate to call again. Highly recommended. First time was an emergency and he came right away. We were very pleased with Tyler's work that we called him to replace our hot water tank which he noticed was corroding and still under warranty. We also had him plumb our fridge for ice and water and replace old piping under the sink. We will be calling upon Heatworks again!

Heatworks lives up to their great reputation. Tyler arrived on a Sunday and worked really hard so we could have hot water again. Cost was very fair and he did extra work to ensure the setup was tidy, safe and long-lasting.

Our furnace was running intermittently, for a few minutes then it would shut down, so the house was cold. I called Heatworks in the morning and shortly after lunch the truck arrived. Our furnace is in the crawl space and was the home of a rat population. Turns out the rats had been in the furnace gnawing various parts. Not a pleasant place to work. The furnace was cleaned out and some repairs done and that fixed the problem including plugging one of the entry points with sheet metal.

Tyler was very professional, arrived on time, and charge was as quoted. Work done was neat and tidy and respected our home putting covers over his boots...very happy with the service

I chose HeatWorks based on their high rating on Homestars and I can say that Tyler lived up to his reputation. The first indication is that he answered his phone even when I called him after 8pm.

The second indicator that this is a good company is that he showed up on time (actually ten minutes early). In actuality, he had tried to come earlier than I had suggested (responding to the urgency of the leak) but I could not make my time. That he was able to be so flexible is a third indicator that this rating is justified.

Now those are all good indicators but the true indicator is whether he can actually get the job done. This is where I think he really showed his experience, knowledge and quality as a plumber. The leaking faucet itself took less than fifteen minutes to fix. Many companies would have taken the money and left. Tyler took the extra time to check the water pressure and luckily he noticed that it was excessive leading him to discover that the pressure relief valve was not functional. Without this discovery, I'm convinced that I would have had many more future repairs.
