Movers did a wonderful job wrapping and protecting
our furniture. It was a stressful time but crew was friendly
and hardworking. Ill be recommending MSJ to all
my family, friends and co-workers.

The movers were very professional and the went above and beyond to make this a very positive moving experience. They were polite and very courteous. I would definately use them again and will refer tehm to everyone I know. I have already posted out my great experience on Facebook. And the fact that I had a flat rate and was able to pay ahead of the move day was a bonus -no worrying about payments on moving day. They treated my property with respect and we're careful with everything. Kudos

My vehicle was transported with care and no damage. I would encourage the company to communicate every step and with every detail, information wasn't freely given, I had to ask questions to get the information for the details of the move. Where will I pick up my vehicle, how do pay, who do I contact...all information that should be shared without having to ask for it.

Your guys damaged my buffet and I was observing from my bedroom window and they chose not to tell me and when I confronted them they denied doing it until I told them I was watching from the window.. They mentioned he could be glued.. No concern on their partAlso, my dining room table has scratches on now that we not there before the move and it also wambles noe, which it didn't do before, um a person that takes very good care of her belonging and this table, after 10 years was in mint condition, the same with my TV stand even though they wrapped it..still dome scratches that were not there..they arrived late, waisted a lot of time talking in between loads, and, I didn't have many pieces to move.I feel that they could have been more careful with my furniture and have done the job much better and quicker.Not sure at this point if you are willing to offer compensation, I will leave that with you.Regards,Johanne Beland

I had to relocate from Toronto to Ottawa for work
and we hired MSJ. Service was exactly as described.
Carefully wrapping all furniture, disassembled our
beds, no smoke breaks hard working men.

the movers were courteous, however, they had made a few dents and damages to the door frame and trims on my new house.
also, the owner of the company tried to charge us more at the last minute because of the glass shelves in the curio cabinet.

I shipped my Truck and Motorcycle from Calgary to Toronto. The process was smooth and went exactly as they said it would. The people at each end were great overall was very happy with the service. I shipped my vehicles prior, flew to Toronto and my vehicles were waiting for me there.

3 guys and a 26ft. Truck. Arrived promptly, worked hard and were patient with our disorganization. Happy with their service.
