the movers were courteous, however, they had made a few dents and damages to the door frame and trims on my new house.
also, the owner of the company tried to charge us more at the last minute because of the glass shelves in the curio cabinet.

We apologize if we had damaged your door trim. We tried to negotiate a $25.00 disassemble fee but decided to take care of it without charge. It's not in our practice to leave unsatisfied customers.
